As long as it shows as PAID on the Online Payment Portal and you're able to print the cover sheet, then you're good to go. You don't have to wait on the AOS documents.

AOS and IV goes to two different department. It's best to mail them seperately in two different envelope. You can mail them on the same day. Read the guide linked by Loto.

as long all the fee is is paid.. u may send the aos and Ds230 same day and NOTE they have diffenrent department.. you will see the address on BARCODED SHEET

you will hear nothing if you send the required documents on AOS or DS230

they will notify you by mail or email if you have missing document on AOS or DS230

good luck

it will not do you any good to send any of the packets before NVC have generated the fees you need to pay. and both the AOS fee and IV fee is not generated at the same time. if you've paid your AOS fee, then your next step is to print out the cover sheet and send in your AOS packet. and then after NVC process your AOS packet, that's when they will generate your IV fee. once your IV fee is showing paid, you print out the cover sheet for that...and then that's when you send in your DS-230 to NVC.

if you send these packets prior to having the fees paid, NVC will most likely have you submit them again after you have paid the necessary fees.
