HI there.

Where can I get my marriage certificate translates to English in the US?

or anywhere in Saigon??

Price would be great if you includes.

I want to get my birth certificate translate too.

I would go to this place and translate my documents rather than a local place. It's a government service, so your translation will be true and accurate, plus it also comes with a government stamp and officer's signature. Then you wouldn't have any problems submit them
