I'm trying to finish up the paperwork to submit for my wife's IR-1 / CR-1, but I have a few questions.

For the G-325A form, under the employment section, what do they expect for the address? There isn't really enough room to put a complete address with the full name of the employer. Would city and state/province suffice?

For proof of the "bona fides" of marriage, as outlined by I-130 instructions, what constitutes a third party for affidavit purposes? What could be considered "other relevant documentation"?

Sincerely,

Scott & Christine "Kiki" Cushman

-For employer address, the city/state/province will be ok, but if you want to make sure everything is full, you can attach a paper to the G-325A form referring to applicant's employment and listing your employers with their full addresses.

-Third party like friends that knows both of you, family members on both sides.

-Other relevant documentation like a

joint bank account statement showing both your names on it

a rent that has both your names on the lease

pictures of you together

letters

emails

hotel bills has both your names on it

and anything that would establish that you have an on going relationship and you have actually met in the 2 years previous to the petition, etc ...

For sure a child that is born to the marriage is a big plus, so if it is applicable, include a copy of the birth certificate.

Good Luck

Find a job you love to do, and you will never work another day in your life.

The third party affidavits (from friends or relatives) should be one per person for each of you (one for petitioner, one for beneficiary) you can send more than one. They fall under "bona fide" category.

hotel bills has both your names on it

I would attach the credit card statement history that shows the payments.I highlighted mine :D

You can also add phone bills that show each time you've called eachother.

Good luck!!

I forgot...

Very important,(as bona fide evidence) if you have any plane tickets, boarding passes to prove that you've visited or travelled together.
