I didn't find out anything through DoS. I contacted my Congressman about the situation and he emailed me the response letter he received from Kingston. Adminstration Processing is taking place at this time. What is that all about and how long can that take. The letter stated that they could not give a definitve time frame. My Congressman told me that he will monitor the situationand to follow up with him.

So goood morning - did u get your passport back.

I am having that problem too... i email the embassy three weeks now and i have not gotten any reply and i write them 3 times.. i dont know whats going on there.......

Are you set and ready to go..?

YeS... I emailed them in 11/02 and got a response on 11/09 with an appointment for 11/23.... Emailed them back on 11/09 to request,a EARLIER Appointment and I got a response on 11/16 saying that I was given the earliest date.
