My Fiance is in Taishan, Interview will be in Guangzhou. Where does she have to go to get her shots and the shot form required for the interview? Also, anyone know the current phone number to call there and ask for an appointment? Any idea what shots are reqquired for a 27 year old female in China? Thanks, Bill

I hate to respond to my own question, but no one else seems to have the answer either. I went to the embassy forms website but the number they give is incorrect according to my fiance. this is the number she called, Tel：(020)-81219500/ 81219513,She said no one answers at that number. Thanks, Bill

I am not sure where the website is for the vaccinations but this is part of the letter we recieved which has the list of places and phone numbers.
