HELLO ALL ,

I CAME IN HERE IN U.S ON K-1 VISA,FOR SOME REASONS THE RELATIONSHIP FAILED.

MY I-194 EXPIRES 9TH SEPT 2006.

I AM TO LEAVE THE U.S BEFORE THAT DATE, TO KEEP THE RULE AND LAW OF THE U.S.

MY QUESTION IS, CAN MY FUTURE PARTNER FILE FOR A SPOUSAL VISA K3 OR I-R1.DOES ANY IMMIGRATION FORBID THAT?

PLEASE I NEED YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS.

I FORBID CONDEMINATION AND CRITISM. THIS TIME PLEASE.

I WANT TO THANK THOSE WHO CARES AND I APPRECIATE ALL WHO HAS GIVEN THEIR VALUABLE

COUNSEL IN MY CRISIS TIME.

BLESS YOU ALL.

You have already decided to marry again? Do you know who she is or are you just going on a wild hunch that she will be American? Your past posts are about all of your arguments, what you can make her do or give to you since she no longer wants to marry you, and oh yes how much you love her. You loved her so very much, it shows since you are now asking about your next petition!

If you want to be the beneficiary of yet another visa petition, yes you need to leave by the 9th. You have not fullfilled the purpose of your visa, and will be out of status once that visa expires.

You forbid condemnation? You come on a marriage based forum, and go from one failed relationship/petion and have the gumption to ask about your next one, when there are so many waiting to get to the one they love on one petion without the intention of ever filing another???!!!!

Pardon me whilst I go have a throw.

you this guy you are really a disgrace to the nation of Nigeria, and an unrepentant fellow. You have not even gotten out of one problem, yet you bracing for another journey into the wilderness of going around in circle without achieving anything. I have the notion that you probably abandon your wife and kid in Nigeria and ran to U.S.If trully you have an authentic case, you should be able to use the legal system to negotiate justice for yourself. Please don't go and destroy other people's credible immigration process at USCIS and the US EMBASSY in Nigeria. Just open your eye and start something valid with your life before it is too late. Marriage is not a contract but covenant, if your marriage had been established on a solid, God intended foundation, it would have lasted the test of time. This forum is only for gathering the right documentation for valid and authentic immigration process. You are even lucky that it happened early before innocent kids got involved in this baseless relationship that is built on human selfish interest and motives.Your postings is disgraceful
