I-94 expirated dated incorrectly

Hello all !!

Well as the topic said the imbeciles working at MIA incorrectly stamped the I-94's expiration date Jan 2010... my wife POE'd October 5, 2010... in other words.. she was expired before she even came here... is this going to affect our AOS at all????? The SS guy said he couldn't "legally" forge the document but he found a loophole to give us the SS card for her... Anyways, let me know.

Unfortunately that's in Miami and I'm stationed in Ft. Campbell, KY... it's not going to happen any time soon :/

Your profile shows Miami. Thought it was close by. Any CBP office. Down the road in Nashville. Up the road in St. Louis.

I thought I remembered driving by a CBP in Louisville, and I just checked to make sure. It's 660 Administration Drive. That's a little closer than driving to Nashville. It's a fairly large building so it shouldn't be hard to find if you've ever been to Louisville. If not, then just be careful of the construction they've been doing on the Waterson, but it's been a while since I've had to go there so they may be finished. Good luck!

Well #######, actually Nashville is closer, LOL. My brain must have tooted or something when I was looking at Mapquest.
