I have recently applied for my citizenship based on my 3 yrs marriage. My question is. when i get my naturalization certificate I want to apply for my parents AOS, they have been here since 2000 out of status. they overstayed their tourist visa. How long does it usually take for them to get the g.c ? also have a younger sister shes 15 and she lives here in the US with my parents .Is she good to go as well? since shes only 15 she will get the g.c with my parents? or do they have to get their green card first in order to apply for her? tks in advance

Given the duration of overstay, it could take them over 10 years to get a GC if the DHS plays its cards right...10 year ban for the overstay along with the deprtation..

Generally speaking the parents should be able to adjust in country as immediate relatives.

The daughter would have to go through consular processing either as a sibling through you or unmarried daughter of LPR via your parents.

She has no ban yet, illegal presence does not count towards a ban until she is 18.

You need to see a lawyer, not a DIY situation.

You can file as soon as you naturalise.

You can also file for your parents. Your parents can then file for her as well. How long depends on nationality.
