Hey you all

I entered the USA on a K1 visa. I got a 90 day EAD at JFK. I filed for AOS and EAD. I got the NOAs a few days ago. While my 90 day EAD wasn't expired. Now it is. I found this:

"If employees are authorized to work, but are unable to present the required document(s) within threebusiness days, they must present a receipt for the application of thedocument(s) within three business days and the actual document(s)within ninety (90) days."

Does this means that I don't have to quit my job as long as I have the NOA?

Thanks

NO that mean if you have lost your EAD and are still authorised to work and have applied for another one you have 90 days to produce the new card after showing your employer you have filed for it with the NOA...

Your employment authorisation expired with your I-94 so you are no longer authorised to work until you get new authorisation in the form of the 1 year EAD....
