Im married to US citizen, legal permanent resident, my husband is a civilian contractor regularyly stationed abroad working in support of the US government in Afghanistan and his contract will end in 2012. I'm living oversea with my children in the Philippines. Can I qualify for this INA 319b for I cannot reside with him in Afghanistan for it will post danger to me and my children where hostile activities are taking place. Since we can't reside with him in Afghanistan, my husband is the one who visits and stays with us in the Philippines every 6 months. Can naturalization be granted to me if we reside by close proximity or in different locations? Your help and answers will be greatly appreciated.
