What is considered a city in Vietnam?

For those who filled out the G325a already, what did you put down for city? My fiancee lives in Khanh Hoa province, the largest nearby city is Nha Trang, but she lives in a different district (huyện) than Nha Trang proper. Do i use the commune (xã) or district (huyện) or do I just put Nha Trang? Thanks in advance for help.

Under "Street and number" I put "see attachment", and included her complete mailing address on a supplemental sheet, in both Latin and Vietnamese script.

I would be interested in knowing this too. At the moment on my forms I have the village I was born in listed. Though the nearest city is supposed to be My Tho.

My Tho city is a special city, however it is actual a district. There are several districts in Tien Giang Province. The ones I listed are border with My Tho: Cai Lay, Go Cong, Chau Thanh.

Every place where an address in Vietnam was required, I put "see attachment". The address attachment for my wife's G-325A was a full sheet!
