is anyone having problem e-mailing NVC?

Hello vjers,

My husbaqnd e-mailed DS3032 to NVC as soon as we found out our case number, he received the automatic responsea couple of seconds after, after a couple of weeks he received the following response from NVC :

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed and may be returned to you. Please do not send any documents until they are requested.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

Since he sent the e-mail before they requested it, he e-mailed NVC again and he didn´t even received the automatic response, he has emailed about 4 or 5 times already and nothing, the IV fee has not been invoiced yet we will send the physical form tomorrow but we were just hoping not to lose so much time with it. Has this happen to anyone else?

hmmm...I received this email...about a week after I submitted...I never got an automated response..but I am still not sure if it has been accepted yet. This was about a week ago and the IV bill has not been generated yet. I did the same thing..I emailed them before they generated my form so I wasnt sure why it was taking this long so I sent them the hard copy about 3 days ago and emailed them again today.

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

You guys send one more DS-3032 email, same format, but prefix the subject with "Attn: Supervisor Sue"

I sent a few electronic emails including a Supervisor Sue one plus one hard copy. I finally received the DS-3032 email kit yesterday. So I sent one more today with the email template plus one with an attached pdf copy of bar coded form. Hopefully I will be able to pay IV bill this upcoming week.

Well at least you are sure that it´s been received, I wonder why is taking them this long when I see most people IV bill are generated one day after they email their form. I guess they just want to help us develop PATIENCE or make us suffer.

Yes, they need some time to enter your details in their system, that's why it is getting rejected.

Some people have good luck to get these things done in a flash time.

NVC email system is really clogged.

Thanks Loto I tried the Attn: Supervisor Sue thing..nada. I have now emailed them 4 times with my case #, attached DS form with barcode as shown on your tips, nada...I was approved Oct 20th and I called the NVC, they even had both our names, dob, email addresses. We have mailed in a hard copy of the DS form..nada. How is that some people can fly through this process when we can't even get them to answer and email..guhhhhh

I think Sue now setup a spam filter when the subject meets the filter rule

Try this - Attn: Pl Supervisor Sue and attach a scanned completed DS-3032 too, obviously with NVC Case#.

Wow Loto I think you are super good luck, this morning I woke up and looked at my emails and in it was a letter from the NVC with my IDNumber, I logged in and will quickly pay the $88.00. Now what???
