i'm a bit confused. i don't know what to expect. my fiance already had is interview since april, but they gave him a white slip twice. the first time was because his police clearance in qatar took months before he received it. which is why were missing documents. When he finally turned in the police clearance, they gave him another white slip, this time he needed to resumbit my I-134. i guess because since months have passed, the one they had on file was basically no longer reliable. at least from my thinking. Therefore i sent my fiance a new bank letter, work letter, pay stubs and I-134. they neither said he was approved nor denied for his visa. The white slip stated that he needed to submit the missing documents. Well he finally did just last week. now, i don't know what to expect. i'm a little worried. they did keep his passport plus made him fill out an air21. although they didn't make him pay for the air21. he just filled out the form. they told him the air21 will be cash on delivery, COD. what do u guys think? i hope everything looks good!

Also, my tax return for 2009 was below the 125% poverty line, another reason why i'm worried. but for my income this year, if calculated, my income will be above the poverty guideline. will my previous income last year be a problem?? i sure hope they disregard that and base their calculation with my current income.

I don't think you really have to worry much about it, if USEM needed more documents they would have told you, after turning in all the documents the USEM will review everything and sooner or later will release your passport with visa, might take a while.Took a month for my brother, they made him fill out the air21 paperwork, waited and his visa was delivered after a month.
