I will most likely need a co sponsor to bring my fiance to the US.. because I just recently graduated college and only worked part time jobs... I heard that if you have already sponsored someone into the US then you cant be a cosponsor.. is that true? I ask because my dad sponsored his wife from the philipines.. and i wanted to ask him to cosponsor.. any insights?

What you heard is wrong.

As long as his income is sufficient to meet the requirement for his household he can be a joint sponsor.

The form I-134 instructions are a bit thin. Take a look at the I-864 instructions for more complete info. You can apply a lot of the I-864 requirements to the I-134.
