Hi everybody here.

Im a lil concerned about my situation. And maybe somebody here can give me some advise in what to do.

I´m a nurse in Gérmany, from to 07-09 i took a profassional breake and was an Au-pair in New Jersey during that time, I had my education evaluated took the NCLEX- RN and everything else necessary to work one day in the US as an RN. In Sep 09 my nursing agency filed a petition for the I-140 with USCÌS which got approved in Dec 09. Now this visa application sits at the NVC.

Because I had all my friend in Jersey I went this year April for trip to Jersey and there I met my now fiance Ahmad. I went again In June to c him, and thats when he proposed and I said "YES". And in July we filed for K-1.

I know we haven´t known each other for that long, but I´know he is the one.

My concern is now can I get in trouble or hit difficulties at the interview or even now while we still waiting for NOA2. Is there anything I can do?

All the help I can get is very appriciated.

Thank u

There doesn't seem to be any problems from what you say.

it is not that short really, you arent from a high fraud country, and your case seems rather easy, plus by the time your interview comes around your relationship will have a larger time frame

So I am back again on my previously started topic. I just went through the papers which u´ve to fill out for the embassy ,just to get an idea how they look and what questions are asked. The 156 form ,question # 36 asks about if ever anybody has filed a immigrant visa for you?!

Like I wrote in my first post in 2009 my nursing angency filed a I-140 petition (emloyment based immigrant visa) on my behalf which got approved and is now sitting at the NVC, rotting there until there will be a visa available.

Should I just leave it at the NVC or call them and cancel it? Will I have problems at the interview?

When I filed for that visa I didn´t know my now fiance´at that time, I didn´t know that I´ll meet him in April fall in love and get engaged.

Im really worried that they might think this is a fraud relationship etc.

PLEASE HELP

What are your odds on getting a visa via the I-140 at this time?
