I’ve had biometrics yesterday, and today AOS and EAD are finally online. But I still can’t check the status of AP online… should I start to worry about this?

Mine isn't online either, although my other forms are online. I scheduled an Infopass appointment next Monday, I'll ask what happened (AP and RFE which never arrived). I'll let you know if you want to!

Also I read about some other people who's APs aren't online either. I wonder why, but we can only guess.

Of course I will. Btw I just checked with B of A if the cashier's check for AP has been cashed yet - nope. So I've got the impression they put all the AP's on one pile and let them there for a while until somebody has the mercy and works on those.

I will post a new topic next Monday right after we come back from the appointment. I'm happy that Paul will be with me, people tend not to take me serious, especially since I'm a foreigner, and Paul is relentless if he needs info. So let's see what they'll say. I just wonder if they might refuse to give us any information???

We had biometrics today and our AOS application is now online but our EAD one is not, so you aren't alone. It sure was nice to finally see the case exist only to find an RFE is on its way :P Hopefully ours will actually arrive in the mail. We sent everything perfectly, it really pisses me off!

hey James & Miranda,

I was following your case because your biometrics appt. was close to ours and the fact that you couldn't see your case on-line. Well we could see both our I-485 and I-765 on-line on the same day as the biometric appt., only to find that we also have an RFE sent out as of the 17th of Aug for the I-485.

we too thought we had included everything, and we still haven't received the RFE yet in the post........mmmmm coincidence? :unsure:

Hm so you all had the biometrics taken around the same time as I had. And you all saw online a RFE, and you all didn't receive it???? Man, it seems those guys send out RFEs for no reason en masse but forget to throw them into the mailbox!!!!!!

We also filled out everything perfectly, but whatever they want, I just want to know and I will be happy to send it to them!!!!!! Btw, do we have to send answers to RFEs to Chicago or Missouri (that Mount Summit thingie)???

The online system is screwed.

I say this because my case status hasn't been updated online since July 7th, but I got my interview notice in the mail today, so clearly they have been working on my case since then.

I agree, its screwed!!!!

I had biometrics today in Norfolk, i can now see my I-485 online (obviously with a RFE which i have not received yet?!!) but i dont see my EAD on there at all

Just adds to the confusion of the whole unessesary process for me!!!

Keep waiting people, keep waiting. :angry:

3/24/2007 Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident - approved!!!!!!!!!!

green card being mailed, no more uscis til later!!!!!!
