I first want to welcome all the new folks to the US and hope your new life is wonderful.

Just some background first. About 4 years ago, met my wife thru a divorce site. She is a citizen of New Zealand. We went thru the process of bring her over on a fiance visa which took about a year and were married within the 90 day time period. We applied for her temporary green card which she got last July. We are now in the process of trying to bring her youngest son over. He is 14, a New Zealand citiizen living in New South Wales Australia with his Australian father. He had been listed on his mohters fiance application. I went thru the application process of applying via an I-130 which was approved and I then paid for and sent in the I-864 Affidavit of Support to the NVC. This was back in June. My stepson just informed me that he recieved information that he is missing information for his visa application - CR-2 Conditional Child of US Citizen that has to be filed. What is this form CR - 2? I can't find anything on it either at the State Department web site or the USCIS. I've not recieved any return packages from the NVC. Any ideas? Or has anyone gone thru this? Any help would be appreciated.
