Criminal History

I am completing my I-751 as my second anniversary is in January 2011.

I am reviewing the instuctions and I am confused about the criminal history information required. Do I need to resubmit any information I presented with my original application or is it only necessary to submit any criminal history that may have occurred since obtaining my green card.

The instructions seem to indicate that you only need to submit evidence regarding a criminal history ONLY if you have ever been arrested or detained. See pages 2 and 3: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-751instr.pdf

Good luck! Hopefully you're going by the "file your paperwork 90 days before your greencard expires" rule.

I've often wondered that too, does it mean SINCE you've obtained your green card or do they want the documents you've already submitted in the original petition stage?

It means "if you have EVER been arrested or detained"... you must submit documentation explaining why.
