Im a canadian born living in Toronto and my dad is a US citizen living in Florida.

We paid the fees and he has sent the AOS to NVC by Mail along with the cover letter.

My question is, is it best to send my d230 and supporting documents via email or mail? Also when sending it via mail, do i send the originals or copies? and can i send it through fedex?

Thanks

You started the process through Mail continue that way. You should send the originals Overnight through FEDEX, that's perfectly acceptable to them. It takes two days for them to reflect the receipt of the document through AVR. Note, On the date, they receive the ds-230 because 8-11 days after that date . Your case will mostly likely be complete.

Thanks for your reply. My email is enabled with nvc. In that case when i email all documents(birth,criminal,d230,passport),do I also scan my 5x5cm photo or do I bring it to the interview?
