Hello,

My father, brother, and sister in law are all US citizens.

My father is petitioning my younger sister who just turned 17.

We just need the Affidavit of Support and DS230.

My father will not be the one sponsoring my sister, it will be my Older brother and my sister in law.

Now since they are joint sponsorships, do I have to have separate forms of I-864 for my brother and sister in law?

And what documents do I need for this form?

he can go as a household member IF they live together OR joint Sponsor. IF household then he'd need to show birth certificates showin proof of their relationship, copy of his passport (US) or Green Card (Front/Back) to show residency, Work Leter, Tax Transcript/s, Completed Form. Have the sponsor review the instructions the lick is located below.

your father HAS and IS the sponsor. the petitioner is the sponsor, even if he made $0 dollars. Your father will fill out an i864 as the sponsor and your brother will file and i864 and his wife an i864A if they live together as household member.

aleful: why did you mention i864A for my sister in law? is that a typo, or its the proper form for in-law relatives?

So file i864 for my father and my brother, then i864A for my sister in law?

The form I864A is for the house hold member so ANYONE WHO IS A MEMBER of the sponsor's household can complete that form. I completed the same form when I petitioned my parents.
