Philippines, what type of RFEs did you get after approval

I didn't find this wonderful web site until about 3 weeks ago. I did not make copies. I am going back and recreating what I sent. I was wondering what types of RFE were asked for (stuff not in the packets) for individuals in the Philippines after you were approved.

I'm not totally clear on what you mean. However after approval there will be no RFE's. Those come before your approval if at all. Maybe you could clarify.

I'm not totally clear on what you mean. However after approval there will be no RFE's. Those come before your approval if at all. Maybe you could clarify.

In the instructions on what you send to your fiancee

"IMPORTANT!

Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes checks too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. Retain ALL originals. The USCIS has the right to check them by issuing an RFE (Request For Evidence). If you receive an RFE, follow the direction exactly, and make two copies of what you sent back."

RFEs are only issued by USCIS, not by the consulate. The instructions you quoted mean that you should make copies of everything you've sent out to USCIS and send the original NOAs you've gotten so that your fiance has them for the interview.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
