Now at 172 days. Touched 4 times. Contacted both senators and congresswoman. Still no response. How much more wait is there going to be.

USCIS-CSC I751

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

Only place I got a reply from so far is my congresswomans office. On 10/20 told me my file is with an officer and I should get something within 45 days. Touched again this last thursday and friday, but website never updated. And they cant even tell you why its being delayed. Stupid :angry:

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

Only place I got a reply from so far is my congresswomans office. On 10/20 told me my file is with an officer and I should get something within 45 days. Touched again this last thursday and friday, but website never updated. And they cant even tell you why its being delayed. Stupid :angry:

You gotta wait i guess cause there is nothing else that could be done

Our senators aid was useless. we asked her to follow up with an expedite request. heard nothing. got better info from a CSR at the uscis. in fact i emailed the senator last week for a status update - even though I knew the exact status. some are lucky with senators, some senatos dont really care. if i were you id call and speak to a tier 2 about my case. good luck

US Embassy - Expedited

30-NOV-2010 : Interview - 9am Denied: 3 year bar (overstay) - i601 Waiver filed with expedite request

01-DEC-2010 : MP requests assistance from US Ambassador

03-DEC-2010 : Waiver transferred from USCIS to DHS

11-DEC-2010 : Waiver Receipt notification dated 07-DEC-2010

20-DEC-2010 : VISA/Waiver Approved

22-DEC-2010 : Approval letter received

24-DEC-2010 : Passport collected by courier

10-JAN-2011 : CR1 Visa Issued by IVU London

11-JAN-2011 : Passport / Visa delivered.

18-JAN-2011 : POE: EWR (Newark, New Jersey)

17-FEB-2011 : Welcome Letter Arrived

19-FEB-2011 : Green Card I-551 Arrived

I-130 Mailing to Approval (incl. waiver): 102 Days

OCT 2012 : Applied for Removal of Conditions

DEC 2012 : Received NOA1 (GC extention letter)

18-JAN-2013 : Biometrics walk in approved and completed

I have seen this word tier 2 many times in here but i never really understood what that is :D
