Hello everyone..we just received our expedited NOA2 from USCIS...waiting to go to NVC and expedite there as well. I was wondering in regards to Montreal Consulate interview..I've seen one person that expedited the whole way. I want to have everything prepared and ready to go to for expediting through NVC and then at Montreal.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm more interested in finding out how to get the Montreal portion expedited as there is plenty of info for applying for an expedite through the NVC process.

You have to contact montreal and request it once your at the montreal stage.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Ok, thanks..so if NVC expedite is approved...then ask NVC to push it through and then contact Montreal and send the expedite request to them as well separately..gotcha. I saw somewhere about requesting an earlier interview date...I have a feeling it's going to be a lot of phone calls and busy signals.

After the expedite is approved through NVC and your application goes to Montreal, you'll have to request another expedite from them for your interview date. Unfortunately, the Montreal consulate is very difficult to contact, you can only use the email method and no phone calls. It sucks.

The montreal "expedite" will be you asking them for an interview date that is soon.

When I had to get mine, I emailed them the Subject line was " Urgent Expedite Interview Request MTL ----------- " which was my MTL case number. The body of the email listed my name, petitioner name and our birthdates with the MTL case number again, under thant I put my reason ( Active Duty Military Deployment ) and that I had all my papers in order and I was ready to go for interview. I got an email from them the next day and booked my appointment, They emailed me the confirmed appointment letter and also mailed one.

- Not sure if you can call them, back when I did mine you could only email montreal to request expedites.
