Hi.My friend is a Permanent Resident. Her daughter overstay her green card in Ukraine for over 2 years.She wants to bring her back here but, isn't sure if she can. I appreciate all your answers.

06/29/2006-Met online(skype), start talking every day(5-6 hours a day)

07/01/2006 became bf & gf.

12/29/2006-flew to Egypt, met for the first time(happy time

01/06/2007-got married

01/15/2007- Flew back to Chicago(sad)

02/?/2007- hubby applied for Egyptian military

06/04/2007-2nd trip to see my love

06/07/2007-our honey moon in Sharm(7 amazing days)

06/19/2007-supposed to go back to USA, but called sick at work and got 12 more extra days.

08/?/2007- my honey went to serve for 2 years & 2 months(very-very sad)

01/30/2008-3rd trip to Egypt

02/20/2008-flew back

12/03/2008-4th trip to see my love

12/20/2008-found out than i'm pregnant(surprised and happy)

01/09/2009-left Egypt

02/10/2009-sent CR-1/IR-1

02/11/2009-reseived at Chicago

02/17/2009-moved to California Service Center

02/17/2009-check cashed

02/19/2009-NOA1 resived my mail

Why did she overstay.

What has she done to retain her ties to the US.

Thank you for your replay. She overstay because my friend's ex-husband didn't give her a premition to come back, he took her GC and passport. My gf has a GC. Now he said that he'll do anything to bring her here. So, my gf wants her to bring her her

Yep. No other way around. SB-1, then, once in the US, file for AOS. $1,065 well spent.
