i had my interview yesterday in casablanca consulat in morocco for a cr1 visa.after the CO asked me about 20 questions most of it it was about my wife. im sure 100%i replyed at all of it and all the answers its write

but at last she give me back my passport and a paper that the section 221 g its marked. the CO told me that my application it will send back to USCIS

SECTION 221 (g) which prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and national act or regulation issued pursuant there to.

i think they refuse to give me the visa because my wife it dont work and her ex hasbend is the co-sponsor

please told me what to do im lost again

I'm afraid I don;t know what to say, other than try to find an alternative co-sponsor. It seems very odd that you wife's ex-husband is sponsoring.

You are probably right. Now you wait for several months before having the opportunity to appeal the decision. Depending on the totality of your circumstances, you might win an appeal but it's not likely.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I would never say it is not likely you will not win an appeal, my case was denied and kind of similiar to yours well not exackley the same but it had some complications and we won our appeal. A 221 G is a denial. You need to call an immigration lawyer right away. We used Marc Ellis only to have are case successfully REAFFIRMED!. www.marcellislaw.com 713 893 7091 or 714 656 4156. He is the best and he specializes in denials.
