DS-3032 I just reread the form and for clarrification This can be signed and sent in by either the beneficiary OR the petitioner right. I know tell me it is a dumb question. Congrates

Is it possible to ask ATTN: SUE about the DS3032 progress? It was sent through EXPRESS MAIL from the Philippines... My wife had to sign it and the agency helping me sent it through EXPRESS MAIL?

How can I know it was received... please someone let me know.

I emailed them twice already and even mailed the DS-3032 last weekend, still not a word??

How did you get your IV bill and I-864 already?

you mean AOS bill as I haven't got the IV bill yet just the confirmation that it will be generated soon and they received my DS-3032 choice of agent.

I explained why in the thread already, but I got it when I did which technically wasn't fast seeing as how my notice date for I-130 was may 11, 2010 meaning I was out of processing times for a couple of weeks 5 months being at Oct 11, 2010, it pretty much means I'm almost caught up as to where I should be based on when I sent my I-130 which is a good thing imo! I still havent received NOA2 hardcopy there was a problem with it being mailed to me or whatever but they generated and mailed a new one, and I'm still waiting on it.

Either can mail it, but it "must" be signed by the beneficiary only.

Mind entering the NOA2 date on your timeline? Like to watch my number decrease :bonk:

If you've read any of my others posts but probably not I have not received my NOA2 hard copy in the mail yet, and I said I would update it the instant I get my NOA2 hardcopy in the mail as I don't know what day they approved it exactly as It was a big mix up only finding out I was approved from congressman, then a case touch etc. and was suppose to already have an NOA2 but didn't receive it so they generated a new one...
