I just got the NVC letter in the mail with the DS-3032 and the AOS invoice bill and I want to email the DS-3032 I think it might be a bit quicker than snail mail anyways, they included a DS-3032 already and I wanted to know do I have to use this one with a barcode on it and our case number or can we use a general one from the website as we already filled and signed one from there.

Need a quick answer as I'm planning to email this tonight

So the barcode version is better I guess, maybe faster?

Yes I got the LingChe shortcut gonna use it, but the thing is I'm a little behind rather than ahead, but in this case I guess I can catch up too.

I think what actually happened was that I got approved at USCIS earlier than I expected they supposedly generated an NOA2 that I never recieved and then just the other day the congressman called saying that I was approved (I had sent an email asking about it again) they told me I should have received it by now and that USCIS was going to generate another NOA2 and mail it to me, but the case update says nov. 3 as the approval date. I really not fully sure it's weird either way. USCIS customer service never told me anything of use which probably isn't a surprise. I'm still waiting on the NOA2 hardcopy, but now already in the NVC system it's ironic.

I emailed them twice already and even mailed the DS-3032 last weekend, still not a word??

How did you get your IV bill and I-864 already?
