July Filers for California Service Center

I sent my I-130 on 3nd July. I received my NOA1 on 9th July. Is there anyone who filed i-130 on month of July where your case has been forwared to california service center? This will help us determining when we will receive our NOA2 and get through the process together. I would appreciate for your interest and cooperation.

Thanks for the link. However, I am looking for the members whose case is pending with California service center. The link you have sent includes both vermont and california service center. Since the processing time is different for these service system, I believe it would be more informative if we include the cases that is with california service center.Thanks

My hubby and I are still in CSC. July 9 NOA. Touched yesterday and the day before that.

5 months..CSC..NOA1 of July 19th. No approval yet.

I think NOA2 approval Nov 1...Tier 2 told my wife it was approved..documents mailed out already. Either that or he meant our request to expedite was approved. I'm guessing NOA2..cuz they would've just told us over the phone if they were going to expedite it.

We filled at VSC, case processed at CSC and since 2 November sent to TSC. Our NOA1 date in 19 July. By the way, we did not received any email about the transfer, just the mail at home, and the USCIS website have none update since 12 Aug . Hope that will help you to determinate something

I am also at CSC, NOA1 date of 7/17. My file hasn't been "touched" since 7/26. Slightly worried, but I am aware that some people have gotten their NOA2's without a single touch. I know another person who filed their I130 3 days before me and just received their NOA2.

Hopefully CSC speeds up now!

I have a same issue too. My application has not been touched a single time after NOA1. I am kinda worried too. I read about people getting approved. I am wondering what they did different than us. We can do nothing other than waiting. I have noticed the processing time in vermont is 2 months faster than california service center. Where was his application sent?

Min was sent to CSC too, not transferred to TSC. My package was pretty thorough, so I'm just hoping it's not getting any touches because it's a perfect application and I will get NOA2 soon. Wishful thinking I guess.

I just got a letter from USCIS stating that my case has been transferred to texas service center. I was expecting to get approved when I first saw the letter. I do not know how long it will take alone to get approved. OOhhh God.....I am moving from this post to another. Thank you guys....
