Hi again,

i was also wondering about sponsoring my husband and household size. i have couple questions.

if i am here in egypt and of course i need cosponsor to file direct because i am here and unemployed am i still required to send in tax returns for me?

if my mom cosponsors me can she include my brothers income also. he has a disability and she claims him as dependent on her taxes but he has disability and work income?

Also, my son who is now 17 is living with his paternal grandmother now but only since recent. I am wondering do i still have to include him under household size?

Hello you have to include any person you claim on your taxes, whether they live with you in the same household or not
