New Income Requirements?

It is stated in the USCIS Website under the 2005 Poverty Guidelines...

These poverty guidelines remain in effect for use with the Form I-864 Affidavit of Support from April 1, 2005, until new poverty guidelines go into effect in the Spring of 2006.

My interview will be on April 7. I was wondering if we are affected with this I believe that I-134 also use this guidelines...

I don't think the new guidelines come out for another month or so and the amounts usually don't change all that much so if you meet the 2005 your should be there for the 2006 also. Good luck

2006 Poverty Guidelines

Effective March 1, 2006 Here are the 2006 Poverty Guidelines for the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia:

For family units with more than 8 members, add $3,400 for each additional member to meet the poverty guideline; $4,250 to meet 125% of the poverty guideline.

Ok what if my husband has a interview in late march or April? The I-864 papers that they have say the joint sponor does not meet the new 2006 guidelines. But before the guidelines went up they met the guidelines and this last tax return shows they meet them. But the letter of their employment says they make around 50 over the guidelines. And their 2006 return is at the right amount also. Will this be a problem or will they not even ask?
