That would depend on if their country of origin nationals need to have a Visa to enter Mexico.

Physical presence in the US doesn't give anyone the right to visit Mexico automatically.

Since May 1st 2010, non-U.S. citizens with a valid U.S. visa can enter Mexico using the U.S. visa. They do not need to obtain a Mexican visa.

My inlaw's were here in September from the Ukraine on B2's and my wife decided to take them to Cancun for 5 days for my MIL's birthday. I was surprised and a little apprehensive when I found out they could enter Mexico using the B2's. They had no problems getting into Mexico or coming back.

?????

He has to apply for his own tourist visa and qualify on his own.

There is nothing for her to do.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

There is a free tool at visaHq.com that shows the requirements for people from country X to visit country Y. Check it out. Better to know for sure that to have a trip ruined. It is very dependent on your home country.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

The tool on visaHQ is useful for a traveller going directly from country X to country Y, but not so useful in this case. The tool will obviously say a visitor from Turkey needs a Mexican tourist visa, but in reality a visitor from Turkey to the USA can enter Mexico using their US visa.

Here is a list of where you can go on a Turkish passport Do you need a visa with a Turkish passport You can to Mexico on a US visitors visa but if she is a permanent resident there is limited admission based of that. Make sure that the same applies to other visas. The Mexican consulate near your would know best.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
