We've just had a further notice advising that our K3 application has also been transferred to Texas for processing. This now ties in with the fact the I-130 & I-129F's are "tied" together. I notice many people have also had the I-130's transferred with an NOA1 date in July/August. I hope this speeds everything up for ALL of us!

It probably does mean that but what was transferred was an I-129F petition for spouse, not a K3 application. They I-129F will be approved the same day as the I-130 and then "killed" by NVC as soon as they receive it.

My I-129 is also gone to Texas and yes i know if both will approve at the same time I-129 will be canceled (no offense to any one but i am just tired or everyone repeating this and treating people who filed for K3 as if we have committed some sort of sin).

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

You are over-reacting. We don't know what you already know or don't know. We only know what you need to know. Please take it in that vein. If you don't want people to mention your filing of the I-129F again, then stop mentioning it and post your remaining questions and comments in the IR1/CR1 forum. That's the path you have always been on regardless of when you realized it.

Hi. I had to write you and tell you how weird this is becuase me and my husband are on almost the exact timeline as you and yours. We married May 10th and filed our petition in July. I recieved the same information on the same day as you about it being trasnferred to Texas.

How long do you think until we hear something?

Did you get a status update yesterday? We got an email saying our case was transferred out of Texas to another USCIS office. This appears to be good news, so I think we're on the threhold! Let's hope so!

Read carefully. You got another notice but it doesn't contain the word "another". I expect this is a notice from Texas indicating they have your case file but they haven't dealt with this kind of case for years, and simply selected the wrong boilerplate text for the emails.
