There are plenty in the same boat And for Morocco it's even harder to get a spousal/fiance visa.

Its not just Morocco, so we feel your pain. There is no way for my fiance to visit, as he would be automatically denied a tourist visa for not having enough "reasons" to return to Peru. I guess faith and patience is the name of the game when it comes to USCIS =)

It's not a "Moroccan" law. It's a USCIS "law". It applies to a whole lot more than just Moroccans.

I understand but we have so many people who enter the US without permission and those that follow this process seem to suffer so much more. thank you for your input.

Welcome to the journey.. I spent my whole pregnancy and went through childbirth and a sick baby in NICU without my husband.. Save your sick/vacation days and save for tickets.. It's all you can do..
