How can i send DS3032 to NVC

Yesterday i sent DS3032 On Email at this Email NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

But they didn't send anything for me

should i send hard copy or what

if i should send the hard copy please give me the NVC Address please ?

05/06/2010 Sent I-130 To USCIS

05/12/2010 USCIS Received it

05/18/2010 Got NOA1

10/27/2010 NOA2

11/03/2010 NVC

11/04/2010 NVC Case number IIN number

11/09/2010 AOS Paid In process

11/12/2010 Show Paid & Send DS3032

11/13/2010 IV Paid In process

11/16/2010 IV show Paid

11/18/2010 Sent AOS& and IV packet

11/19/2010 AOS and IV packet delivered

12/02/2010 Entered on the system

12/10/2010 Case complete / Sign In Failed

February 9, 2011Canceled Interview(Embassy is closed because we had revaluation in Egypt)

03/31/2011 new interview ( Visa issued in the same day )

04/04/2011 DHL guy called me to get the visa

01/14/2013 mailed I-751 packet

01/19/2013 NOA

01/25/2013 Biometrics Letter

15/02/2013 Biometrics Appointment

03/14/2013 2 year Conditional Green Card expires

You don't need to send a hard copy. But if you like, you can do it for assurance. In any case, you should receive a response in a week or so.

Receive IV Bill: 2010-12-02

Pay IV Bill: 2010-12-03

Receive Instruction Package: 2010-12-28

Case Completed at NVC: 2011-01-11

Visa Received : 2011-04-30

IR-5 for Parents

02-28-14 -> I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.
03-03-14 -> USCIS received. (Priority Date)
03-09-14 -> NOA1 received.
06-04-14 -> NOA2 received. Approved.
06-18-14 -> NVC Received case.
07-03-14 -> NVC Assigned Case#(Got Case# & IIN Over the Phone).
07-22-14 -> DS-261 Completed.
07-25-14 -> AOS fee Payment.
07-29-14 -> AOS fee shows PAID.
07-30-14 -> AOS Package Sent.
07-31-14 -> AOS Package delivered.
09-15-14 -> IV fee Payment.

09-17-14 -> IV fee Shows PAID.

09-18-14 -> IV Package Sent.
09-20-14 -> IV Package Delivered.

10-20-14 -> Case Complete.

10-28-14 -> Case Complete Email Received.
