Hello Guys , I'm from Egypt, I have a brother who is an American citizen he fill out an I130 forum in 2005 for me and I got approval in 29/12/2008 I'm waiting now for my priority date which is Nov 18 2005 and I check every month the visa bulletin and I notice that since Jan 2010 they have done from Jan 2000 to Jan 2002 which mean that the year takes about 3 or 4 months to get done , I'm asking if that going to be I have to wait about one more year to get done and if anyone know how much the administration procedures takes I mean from the US embassy received your file from the NVC until you got the Visa stamped on your passport ? also there is another Question please should I do any thing now I mean send something or if they need anything they will ask me about it?

Your brother should contact NVC and see if they got your case.

It's more than 9 years. they just started 2002, so it will take 3 or 4 more years.

Guy you are right , since it take so long but what iam talkin about is that they processing fast , so it will not take that long i think i might have to wait another 1 year and a half if they continue as they are now , what iam asking about now is the time that it will take when the NVC send the file to the embassy until i got the visa... that's all
