My fiance has a hard to find address. Mail rarely reaches her house. I actually send letters to a friend who then delivers it to her. My question is: when by the embassy tries to communicate with her with further instructions, will they mail her something? Is this done by email? She also doesn't have a telephone. Should I put the address of my friend for her home address to ensure that it reaches her?

OOPS, NOPE.. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

Go the Embassy website and see if you can download and send the forms via email. Also you can email the Embassy when you know the petition leaves NVC and inquire about the interview date. Their response email will serve as the invitation letter.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

The US embassy in Lima? I have found any forms there... I haven't even found an email address on their site. Just a phone number with automated options.
