My fiancee petition was under review since end of September after NVC sent it back. Originally the visa was denied at the US Embassy due to insufficient evidence for the relationship. The validation date of the petition is going to be over by Nov 20, 2010. Is there any one have any idea how long the CSC will take to finish the review and send me the NOID before the expiration? If not, what should I do? Any Idea will help. Thanks

Hello,

I also had the same problem.My K1 was denied so my fiancee came over and we got married.We decide to just go ahead and file for a CR1 since our petiton may expire if we decide to wait for the uscis to review our denied K1.I guess you should also consider doing the same.
