Gents,

I had my interview yesterday & it was fantastic. Thank you members.

My application approved and they will send me some package next week.

What can I prepare knowing that:

- I applied for IR-1

- my wife doesn't work in USA since 2008, so latest tax forms she have is @ 2008

- we will use co sponsor who is : 1- her brother 2-his family leaves with him (his brother who is working, and his dad who isn't working)

- we will move & stay with him @ same house(me, wife, and our child)

What can be prepared now to save some time? what tax forms should be available for my wife & her brother?

Thank you in Advance

Note that I have got wrong answer for my question regarding address (I-130 question no.2). It must be US address

Your wife may still need to file tax returns. The US taxes on worldwide income. So do some investigation on the irs.gov website as well as looking at the form I-864 Affidaivt of Support to be prepared and avoid an RFE delay.
