They still have to pass all the appropriation bills for FY2011. They plan on passing immigration reform, and making further enhancements to Obamacare and Medicare. There are several of Obama's appointments to be disposed of in the Senate. And, there is the Energy Reform bill. Typically, everything, including the kitchen sink will be voted on the last ten days of the lame duck session, and it will be up to Obama to sort through the mess, and see which ones are keepers.

We are screwed.

What is so beautiful about it? It's quite pathetic that a party with NO ideas of its own other than "lets not do what they say" wins. Well, it's more pathetic to lose to a party that has no discernable ideology of its own other than "no".

I suppose all this is riding on who will be the candidate for the republicans in 2012. If they nominate one of their mental midget front runners like Palin or Romney, then Obama will win re-election. If they nominate someone like Mitch Daniels, they will win easily.
