Emailed NVC since Oct.27 but there is not Auto Response

I emailed NVC since Oct. 27 but there is no Auto Response. And I am worried now if th NVC recieved my emails.

Make sure you are sending it to NVCInquiry@state.gov and put your case # in the subject line of the email. Also you will need the petitioners and beneficary's name and date of birth in the email. Give them 1-2 days to reply.

When I e-mailed NVC last Aug and Sept, it took them 10 and 15 days, respectively, to respond.

sure, it happens. It all depends on how many inquiries they have to return. Colombia normally returns the same day, the next day at the latest (our experience).

Thank you very much Armenia, Wayne and Claudia. I emailed again today the DS-3032 for my son. but still the NVCInquiry@state.gov didnot send me a auto response. I am just worried because it just happen start Oct. 27. but before that date like i emailed the NVC Oct.16 right away after i send them the inquiry they sent me auto Response. I want to know if there is anybody there that emailed NVC oct. 27 until today experience this.

sent emails on 10/28 & 10/29 no auto response either. Sent another one on Nov 1st same thing no auto response..glad i'm not the only one though

there has been instances before that some members did not get an auto-reply, which doesn't mean that your email did not get to them.

All are correct, due to heavy volume, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for them to review regular email enquiries.

I emailed them last Sunday Oct 31st, didn't get an auto response as well, but got a response yesterday... so don't worry they are getting your email!

Same here--I emailed nvcinquiry@state.gov on November 1st, and I have not received an "auto" reply. I know I'll have to wait a while, but the NVC operator DID say we should receive an auto reply within 24 hours.

Of course, she also told us to call NVC if we do not receive an auto reply. Apparently they have a lot of confidence in their auto response system.

Maybe they took a break for the elections. This is really unacceptable. Poor e mail, poor tracking programs, and poor responses. But no problem increasing fees. Sorry folks had to vent.

i had same problem of DS-3032 Email, i wait 10 days after i email than i called oprater of NVC beacuse i paid AOS fee and my IV invoice doen't ganrat until nvc accepet DS-3032 form . she told me if you don't recived auto respons with in 24 hours that means your email doesn't go thru, you have to do email agian. ... it is happen with me i don't know about other pepole

than i did email agian same email adress this time i put ATT: "Supervisor Sue " Case # ....

I got answer with in 8 hours
