Timeline

Once you reach the entry point in the airport there are 2 sections servicing the arriving passengers, one is for US citizens and green card holders, the other for visitors. Which one should a k-1 visa holder go to? Visitors is my guess....

I don't know for sure, but I think you are right....K-1 visa holders are on a temporary visa for 90 days unless you change status by getting married. So, when my fiance comes in December, I will be telling him to go through the visitors line....unless someone more knowledgable on here comes along and tells me different. ;)

All Visa holders should go through the visitors line (even if they have Immigrant Visa) as they are not yet either a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
