Ours was transferred from the CSC to the TSC in November and I received noticed on December 27 (almost 4 months to the day from NOA 1 as expected) that we were approved. Yours should be coming shortly. I don't believe you'd now have to wait another 4-5 months for them to finish reviewing. Hope this helps!

Thanks for that. It gives us all hope on here. Keep us informed as to when your case gets to NVC - there seems to be problems there also.

I just got off the phone with USCIS. First man had no clue what I was talking about and had to transfer (no surprise). After waiting 30 minutes on hold I got the same BS of the July 16th. I told him that I was aware that many cases that were filed in September and October had been adjucated. He said they were probably military files. hmmmm? ALL OF THEM?! Then he said that I couldn't do a service request because I must wait 90 days from NOV 24 the day that TSC entered me into the system. The conversation ended wtih:

Officer:Can I do anything else for you?

Me: No, just give me my husband, but you can't seem to do that.

OFficer: Ma'am we don't have a magic wands and I can only tell you what I see on the screen. This is a national call center, I don't work for TSC. I'm sorry but everything will work out, I promise.

Me: okay thank you bye.

He was rather nice and understanding. But I just feel so discouraged right now. Eh.

Mine was also transferred from CSC, and approved by TSC in 119 days (11/23/2010), BUT still has not been transferred to NVC. Keep us informed if you get a case #

I know exactly how you feel right now. I just called NVC and still no case number. I'm glad you said the line about wanting your husband. How do these people not understand the consequences of their actions/negligence? We will be spending our first anniversary apart because of USCIS errors. Do these people even care? I will go crazy if I just sit here and wait as I am quite sure my file is gathering dust in Texas somewhere when it should have been sent to New Hampshire over a month ago.

The fact that we are routed to a national call center further highlights the importance of the media attention we need to gain. We have no proof that the National Call Center is relaying our concerns to TSC. TSC may have no idea that there are thousands of complaints regarding their misconduct. The media will communicate our grievances to TSC. I implore everyone to write to the media outlets and appropriate government officials.

Oh and he didn't even know that there were processing times for TSC on the internet. I could do that job.

Don't be discouraged. We HAVE seen at least three approvals in the last few days - OK, nothing at NVC yet, but things are starting to move. Service requests appear to mean nothing. Things will come in time. My gut feels there will be a speed up now from TSC.

Val just called me and said she has a answer phone message left last Wednesday (whilst she was in the UK) from some one in Washington re my I130!! I wonder from which source it got to Washington???

Can't WAIT for her to call tomorrow.....

Its great to see movement here and I hope something comes if it. I hope laurel can shed some insight too.

Remember you can be turned back even on the vwp. Just be prepared. Its up to cbp at the end of the day. If your spouse is back and forth - expect at the very least questioning. They have the authority to deny entry. Sorry to put a downer on it. But having been denied once at the embassy - the poe denial would be equally demoralising.

I couldn't do that job. I'm too soft! I DO however suspect TSC may be well aware they are under immense scrutiny!

I blame the person who authorised the transfer from CSC.

Washington - could be the DoS. I am pretty sure the NVC has its main hq in washington Gary so maybe you've reached there. I hope you have,

I just saw your post Gary. I hope its the NVC in Wash. That have called anyway. Did you complain to the uscis ombudsman?

If you speak to a tier 2 and they can't give you any fresh info, ask to speak to a supervisor. Perhaps they can give you some fresh info.
