Just wanted to post an update. Sent letter to my senator requesting him to inquire about the case. Got a reply from the senator that he has sent my letter to Texas service center for consideration and response.

Same here, got a letter from our senator saying he would contact TSC for us and see what's going on. Good luck to everyone and next week will bring new approvals, I can feel that ;)

This is the answer we have from the congressman forward from TSC on 01.04.2011 :

"Both of the I-129F, WACxxxxx and I-130, WACxxxxx have been received into our office.Please allow 60-90 days for processing before the individual will received a decision or other Notice of Action regarding the cases."

I already wrote a letter to the Advocacy Director of AILA detailing our collective situation and inquiring into the possibility of a class action suit. I will let everyone know if/when I hear back.

Let's all send letters to the following media outlets calling attention to our situation. Power in numbers. I recommend the following:

hey guys.. my husband receive an RFE today from TSC asking for G-325a cuz when he file for a i130 he didn't submit any form.. :wacko::angry:

is ot ok if i sent to him my G325a on his email and just print it out? and what size of picture? 2x2?

How long does it takes after we submit the rfe? :(

To answer your question i think you need to snail mail him the signed form G-325a as it requires original signature. usally it doesn't take long after you submit RFE response. But you never know with TSC they might say ooops we need 5 more months jk :blush:

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

I'm sorry for your RFE but happy that an action has been taken place!

Also I'd love to participate in the class action suit/media outlets. But i'm a little clueless on what to write...Should I mention my name or just a general letter? Could you maybe write up a template (if it's no trouble)? Thanks!

Well, this thread explains a lot. We got transferred to TSC in November, too. I guess we get to keep waiting. :(

I keep trying to look on the bright side and remind myself that once this is over it's over, but it's very frustrating nonetheless. I feel like somebody pushed pause on my life.

NVC - 53 days

07/05/2011 - Interview date

07/08/2011 - Received visa

NVC case complete to visa - 42 days

Jul 24,2011-called NVC and AVR stated CASE COMPLETED on Jul 20
