LOL - and I am assuming they called you back - as promised, with full information on your case!

My worry about TSC now, is this:

There are QUITE a few June/July filers to approve. If we reason that we on VJ are only a very small fraction of the petitions they are working on, then they are going to have to start getting these approvals done and off to NVC pretty quickly. ( I really feel for the people who got their hopes up with an NOA2, and STILL have no case at NVC!

My optimistic side says that there will be some form of "batch" approval. My pessimistic side is, that this could go on for a long, long time....headbonk.gif

Wow congratulations! Finally things started moving forward! More good news are coming I'm sure! :)

Let's just hope that good news will follow next week. Monday we will give a call to USCIS, third in 2 weeks time and will see what is happening.

Yes, this is what we were all waiting for - one of our little group to get an approval. I just HOPE that TSC have got together now. I know DanTes and U&S had their approvals, and they never got to the NVC. I hope this latest for rpratt proves that the TSC errors are over and we're all on our way. It's interesting that this was a K3 application like ours, and fills me with hope.

Once DanTes, U&S and rpratt reach the NVC, I feel we can relax a little.
