I am in the same boat as all July/August filers. I have been reading everyones comments re the transfers. The thing is if another six months passes and nothing happens, what should we do?

Who can we take our grievances to if no approval comes? Are we all just knocking our heads at a closed door? Is anyone at USCIS going to try and tackle this mess that we never created? Should we start over since everyone after August seems to be getting through? This is an enigma I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The fact that we cant get an honest answer is not only disheartening but a disgrace. My patience regarding this process is gone.sad.gifsad.gif

Those are the exact questions that I have. I kinda want to re-file but with my luck it would get transferred again and I'd continue to live in hell.

Just spoke to a level 2 rep. He said my case is outside normal processing and he opened up a service request for me. He says my case is in "Final Review" and I should have a decision in 2wks on the case. He said to call back if I don't hear anything within this 2 wk period. So, let's see what happens.

I sincerely hope that you will have better results than myself- they told me the same thing 3 weeks ago. To know the outcome, refer to my post on this thread regarding my enlightening conversation with a USCIS officer yesterday. Basically, in case you receive a letter similar to mine in 2-3 weeks (which I hope you won't), know that your application, like mine, is at the Dept. of State, which it in all likelihood is not.

Do keep us updated friend!

Peace

I'm relatively new to the visa game- is re-filing for the I-130 even an option???

That's what I was thinking as well... I'm hoping for the best for all of us :)

I'm not sure either but it seems like it would send some sort of red flag which would delay the case even more.

Yeah, probably. The optimist inside of me wants me to believe that all of us hounding TSC will make them hurry up.

Why would you wanna start over? Do you want to pay USCIS again? For what???? Remember March and April filers, they were in the same situations as we, but finally got approved, so I am sure we will hear good news soon!!!!

Really? March and April filers were transferred to TSC last year? I never heard of this. Hmmm.

Hi,

I emailed TSC last week and i heard nothing, then last MOnday i emailed the main office of USCIS and they were very fast, they forward my letter at TCS saying " FOR RESOLUTION PLEASE. THANK YOU." then TCS answered me back because of the USCIS main email.

TCS told me that our petition is still pending and awaiting for final review. Don't if this is good or what. Last Nov TCS mailed that we are still on Initial review the last december my cousin's friend contacted a senator (which is their friend) from NY and inquire my case and we found out that our case " for further review". and now we are awaiting for final review. Oh God please enlighten me :)

Cutiezoe,

I am just wondering what email address you used to email TSC. My NOA1 date is just a few days before yours, so maybe I should try emailing them too. This is the one I found: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov, is it correct? Thank yoU!

In my opinion, it doesn't hurt go for a service request. If it helps, great, if it doesn't help then you'll be in the same shoes as a bunch of us.
