I put my letter to Senator Rooney in the mail today...I really, really, really hope his office can do something to help. And tomorrow I'm calling USCIS one more time to put in a service request. We'll see how it goes.

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.

While I do appreciate your optimism, I don't really understand your logic since most of the cases approved by TSC have been for August filers.

I don't think it goes like this, but if it is then why September petitions are being approved quicker and June, July, August petitions are pending, bro, really don't understand your logic.

Ok, this is exactly what I did:

Call USCIS customer service line

Press 1 for English

Press 2 to find out information on case

Enter receipt number

Automated voice will tell you the current status of case (what's on the website).

Press 3 (I think) to call in a problem with your case.

You will then be transferred to an agent.

I told him what was happening and how it's out of the normal processing time.

The agent took my information and made a service request.

--> Write down the agent # and the referral #.

Agent said that the office should contact me within 30 days. If they don't, I should call back.
