I just called my senator regarding my case. She told me that since my case is transferred to TSC, it will take time of 60 to 90 days to process my I-130. I am one of the unlucky July filers.Shiittt, I am screwed.

Well i called USCIS and the lady put in a SR for me due to my case being out of processing time, said nothing about waiting another 60-90 days though just the 30 day wait time for response to sr. Which could be anytime between the way she made it sound. I have know idea if it will do anything though tbh think there just giving everyone very generic answers and not trying to say like oh yeah next week cause they don't even have a clue when it will get done imo. Heck you could get your NOA 2 in the mail anytime so don't get discouraged i know its tough =/ specially if they not even bothering to update the site as of late. So just think all that 60-90 day ####### could just be a major safety net specially if they have a lot of over due files and many senators and congress peeps contacting them from all different states lol. I'd hate to be working there right now lol.

I happened to be one of the first approved august filers for NOA2, also received the hard copy one week after the approval, however my case never made it to the NVC...Don't want to sound to upset but God, however, this puts me and the rest of the ones that got approved, at square one...so so much for the pre-mature joy and all the fuss that some had to express here at VJ. I AM SORRY FOR THE JULY and JUNE FILERS that have not recieved the NOA2 approval yet, and wish that they recieve it soon. I'm just upset with my self and the USCIS office for giving the news to my wife and now having to break her heart by saying "sorry honey, apparentely we will not be rejoined as early as we made it sound, sorry to kill your joy :("... How can I approve I am married to NVC when they are playing me and my wife like a Tom and Jerry episode, affecting our relationship... :(:(:(

NVC where are you

have you called NVC and talked to an operator yet to notify them that you have your CIS approval hardcopy and still no NVC case number? I think that is your first step.

Also important is keeping your energy and hope alive...........Every minute....hour......day, week and month apart is agony..........I know! But another month or 3 is nothing compared to the lifetime of happiness, joy and completion that await us at the end of the journey.

How can I approve I am married to NVC when they are playing me and my wife like a Tom and Jerry episode, affecting our relationship... :(:(:(

i understand. we dont have support of my spouse's family so have been fighting a battle from before day one, as well as the stress of USCIS, it's just been too much. the threats and postings to internet, even video where they (i hope!)pretend to shoot/kill someone. I have proof (screenshots, video, pics, etc that a friend also has) in case something happens to me; a lot of good that will do when it's too late, huh? I've thought of going to the police but what can they do to people who are outside the usa... so i take it becasue as far as i know i am safe here but i worry for the he!! over there becasue i know it is not tolerable living like that with people at you EVERY day :( this is pushing us both to the edge like neither of us has ever known.

we've talked about divorce, the stress is just too much for both of us, but havent moved forward with it becasue we love each other and neither of us want to end the marriage. as far as the family it would be much easier to divorce publicly and secretly get a fiancee visa behind their backs... but USCIS would see we've been married, on top of us having to start all over in the process and pay add'l fees (the TIME is much more important!), that may cause a denial or longer approval. i just feel like our hands are tied and we are at the mercy of EVERYONE. (yeah, depression hitting HARD)

Anybody got any touches to there case if had please let everybody know thanks.

we got an expedite notice in mail (nothing about this on case status website), i guess because of the overage in time because i filed no paperwork... so for those of you over your timeframe, especially K3s (becasue K3 is supposed to be more quick than just an I-130), keep eye out in the mail about 2 weeks after your time expires.

i should have filed for an expedite long ago since we have 3 areas which are affected and could each on their own be cause for expedite but i figured the process would not be that long and we would just wait our turn; i had no idea they would drag their feet like this. I wonder just how much difference this will make though since we are already over the 5 months. still, will keep all updated.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.
