Awesome News U&S! This gives me light in the tunnel, as I am the same as you - Post Decision Activity online, hard copy letter, etc, but a week later than yours. So, so, so - I truly hope to get a decision next Wednesday then! :-) I could only hope. What I received today was a letter from the USCIS about my service request I was able to submit - despite my 4 month I-130 process so far. So as everyone can see - it all depends who you have luck to talk to. Anyways, the letter says that my application is currently being actively processed. And it required further additional check, so hence the delay (I think it is just a boilerplate being sent to everyone with a service request), and if I don't hear anything within 6 months from date of this letter, I should contact them again! Yeah right, great! Again - believe and have faith it is only a boilerplate and nothing personal.

So, here it is. They start doing something. Let us all hope! U&S so so so happy for you! Finally. Awesome stuff. All the best for you and all of us still waiting.............................

Received hard copy of NOA2 approval today. Dated Dec 9. Only words to describe how I feel: enormous relief.

No online case status update. No text or email notification. No touches since November. No word of approval when I called NCSC on Monday, Dec 15.

I hear hard copy of NOA2 is the real deal so not too nervous about this being a false positive. But I am also not 100% confident given what a mess this process has been thus far.

Hope all of you receive your NOA2s shortly. My priority date was June 28 so I've been past my 5 months for quite some time.

Let's see how efficient NVC is now...

Wonderful!!!!! Glad to see some movement for you guys, hope this is the trickle that preceeds the dam bursting!

CONGRATS U&S, We know how you must feel!

We were told, in a conversation with USCIS on Tuesday, that what happened to you, is exactly what to expect. That is, no advice online, just a hard copy NOA2 in the mail.

He even looked at his screen and said something like "You could be approved right now - it doesn't need to show on my screen".

This is great news U&S, and proof that TSC ARE still working on our cases, and that we can be approved at any time.

Fingers crossed for all of us - what a Christmas gift. kicking.gif

TSC cases are slowly moving forward, being processed but at snail

speed. They are surely runniung behind and we just have to wait

until they get done with the AOS across the country and than they

will speed up ours again. Be patient they wont get to us until

January but they will get ours done soon enough when they finish

the AOS around the country.

I am positive, but I don't think they will finish completely AOS to zero and then start ours... maybe they just will not be so overloaded. I know how mad/sad/disappointed/pissed we all are, but also I try to imagine those people at TSC who were doing their normal job and all of a sudden a huge pile of additional work comes at the end of the worlddevil.gif Ufff..

If you're talking about jhilly143, they were indeed expedited. It's in their signature and they made a topic about it: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/286034-expedite-and-case-approved/page__p__4336141#entry4336141
