Guys, you can email TSC. First it is required that you call but then you can email. I called - but I am not satisfied with the answer, and with the fact that they give different answers to different people. At least, shoot them an email, express your frustration (of course, politely)! We need to bug them as often as possible.

can i have the the email add of tsc....so i cud send one too..thanks

Just wanted to pop in and thank everyone for the support through this process ... good luck to you all

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

:wow:Unbelievable. I'm just a little over my 4 month mark, so I don't have the right to start complaining- nonetheless I agree with you.

They don't reply my email either. Unbelievable... And still on the website it says that the processing time is only 5 months! They don't want to update their statistics and give us the REAL numbers. They could have posted some info about delays, at least! We have the right to know, don't they think so? They don't reply emails, they don't give clear answers over the phone. The only time when they are clear and quick is when it comes to increasing the fees!

I'm curious to see if anyone receives any helpful information after having contacted their Congress representative or the Ombudsman.

I believe so- I refer you to Saylin's awesome post:

Created a spreadsheet for you guys: https://spreadsheets...9UTnY4dWc&hl=en

Included the person's name, type of visa, country of beneficiary, NOA1 date, and date of transfer.

Taken from people who posted in this thread. I'm sure there's others out there that got transferred, but I don't feel like hunting them down on other threads. *lazy*

I'll continue to add names and edit the spreadsheet as more people post.

Analyze away! :D

It's pretty unjust. I discovered a few days ago that an October applicant at CSC got their NOA2 just 43 days after their NOA1 date.

Yaa, it is. I could not understand why USCIS is doing this to us? What we have done wrong to them that they are making our life hell? Now every single moment I fell like I am living in a hell. And when I read September and October filers getting approved, i felt like USCIS are jabbing at my heart. I do not know what is going on. I am transferred to TSC to speed processing, that's what letter said. Now I am thinking we are transferred to approve late filers in our expenses. So cruel and unfair

That recent October filer was expedited.

I know it is difficult. I don't know if this helps but I am sure it is not personal, even though the impact on us is intensely personal. What has happened to the July filers who were transferred from CSC to TSC shows that the USCIS/TSC office is having some serious (mis)management issues that they need to deal with. Unfortunately, innocent people (we) have been hurt in the process. So how do we deal with the pain of unnecessary separation form our loved ones? Our spouses in the USA can make more of a difference than those of us who are foreign spouses and even then, only by using all the methods being discussed on this board. Whether or not it helps, I don't know. I know I am feeling discouraged and have no trust in the process or the people who are supposed to help us. But I have been encouraged by the posts of people sharing their stories and solutions on VJ. Hopefully, the support you get from others who share this journey with us will make the pain of separation and injustice a little easier. I wish you strength and peace. (F)
