NAB - I love it! You couldn't state it better than you did! Completely unfair organization. In fact, this all appears to me that this country still believes is the best, wealthiest, etc in the world. Gosh - I love it to death and would die for it, but just by such actions and treatment of us - HONEST citizens - causes me to believe otherwise. We are treated like worst category "citizens." That's ridiculous. And we all on this board are intimidated by it as we are at its mercy. Thanks for destroying my truly honest bona fide marriage. I suffer, my wife suffers, my family suffers. Just to be fair and act honest as this is the foundation of this country - our country we love, cherish, and are willing to die for! Another day, weekend, hour, minute, second spend without my loved one. Awesome - perfect marriage or what? :-)

Yaa, you are perfectly right. I have the same feeling. How are we treated as a equal citizen? I could not sleep properly, can not concentrate on my work and hate myself every single moment it passes as I could not be with my loved ones. If you hurt dogs here, you go to jail. Ironically, USCIS are screwing our lives every single moments we breathe. They go back every single day to their family. What about us? Does our patience and sentiment means nothing? I know they have lots of cases to look after. But the procedure should be fair enough to process our files. Can not they simply understand we are waiting long enough than other people. We are just a case for them that they give damn about. Are we related to them biologically from either father or mother side? Big No. Case closed. Who are we? nobody.................

Many people have had positive responses by contacting their congressman. I guess it just depends on who your congressman is.

Many many happy returns of the day.Just think that this will be the last birthday without your loved ones. And this birthday will remind you how much you missed your loved one for the rest of your life. I am on the same boat with you. I know we are going through emotional roller coaster, and this moment will bind us with our loved ones forever. Just have a trust on god. I stopped being obsessive in checking USCIS status and checking mail box. Every thing has a right time to happen. I know it is easier to say but hard to bear. We will be with our loved ones one day and nothing can change that. It is just matter of time. we wil go through this.

Thank you, its very hard at times but, i guess we also learn from this how to appreciate what we have. I stopped cheacking my status also. I figured its pointless and its not gonna change anything. You are right the important thing is one day sooner or later we will be together again.

a bit off topic; I agreed with my hubby that we'll have a special celebration/aniversary and everything else we missed out, the day that I get there; with presents, special diner out, a tasty chocolate cake and everything. Maybe you guys should do the same, look ahead! Great news are coming soon our ways, hang in there (F)

:ot2:

If you get the "post decision" instead of "initial" doesn't mean anything.Look at me; I've got that "post decision" for about 10 days not, and still nothing, still stuck in the same situation. Call the uscis office try to speak to an officer and try to get an answer. They told me that they will get back to me in 10 days or so (but I called them like 10 times already :D)

Good luck, we're almost there!

I sooo admire your attitude..Look ahead!! I wanted to, but I am so missing my 2 boys that it breaks my heart not being with them this Christmas..been listening to the song by Charice- "My grown up Christmas List" in Youtube over and over...On the other hand I got my N-400 Biometrics letter, but I wish it was the NOA2 that I got instead. Guess just to stay positive like you guys..I wish you the best.

I am an August filer for my 2 boys. I wish we get it before Christmas!!
